NEW YORK – July 5, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Watchtower Capital Partners in connection with its acquisitions of SPS Mechanical and JF Plumbing & Heating, which will be owned and operated as Ally Services.
Watchtower Capital Partners invests in lower middle market industrial services, business services, building products, distribution, and niche manufacturing companies headquartered in the United States and Canada.
Ally Services is a regional provider of essential home and facility services, including repair, maintenance, and replacement of plumbing, water filtration, and HVAC systems. Ally Services serves over 3,000 residential and light commercial customers annually throughout Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Washington D.C.
The Greenberg Traurig team that represented Watchtower Capital Partners was led by Ejim P. Achi, co-chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice, and New York Corporate Shareholder Serena Y. Shi.
