Jonathan H. Claydon advises banks and financial institutions on an array of complex disputes, including business disputes and consumer class actions. He defends clients in a wide range of actions arising from lending and retail banking operations, including Ponzi scheme and other fraud-related matters. Jonathan has been centrally involved in COVID-19 related litigation this past year, helping establish new and important precedent for financial institutions, including the management of nationwide teams handling cases touching on all aspects of the Paycheck Protection Program.
