WARSAW – March 1, 2018 – Greenberg Traurig represented Innova Capital, a leading CEE private equity fund, in the acquistion of Profim sp. z o.o., one of the leading office seating manufacturers in Europe by the Flokk Group, controlled by Triton Partners, a leading Scandinavian private equity fund.
As a result of the Transaction, an Innova Capital group fund and the remaining shareholders in Profim will acquire new shares in Flokk in exchange for their existing Profim shares and will become minority shareholders (Triton will remain as the majority owner of Flokk). The closing of the Transaction will be subject to obtaining certain regulatory approvals.
Greenberg Traurig lawyers advised on all aspects of the Transaction, in particular with respect to the negotiation of transaction documents and the shareholders’ agreement.
