WARSAW – 3 February 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław.
The logistics property developed by Panattoni comprises two fully leased warehouse buildings with a total lease area of 38,178 sqm.
The transaction team was co-led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek and Associate Jakub Gajzler. The Greenberg Traurig team was also supported by Senior Associate Agnieszka Gul-Czajkowska and Junior Associate Maciej Smaczyński.
