Ralf-Ingo Pracht, LL.M. (Exeter)

Ralf-Ingo Pracht is an associate in the German private funds practice group as well as in the German Finance & Banking Group. He advises fund sponsors on legal and regulatory topics relating to the structuring of investment funds – in particular private debt, private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds. He also advises investors on fund investments and secondary transactions.

Ralf-Ingo also advises national and international credit institutions, investors and borrowers on real estate, acquisition, and corporate financing as well as cases of financial restructuring.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Ralf-Ingo worked as General Counsel of a bank.
