Adrian Dulczewski is a member of the Project and Structured Finance practice, focusing on banking and finance matters. He advises Polish and international financial institutions as well as borrowers on project, renewable energy (RES), and real estate financings, including cross-border transactions. His experience includes drafting security documents, preparing legal opinions, and coordinating the fulfillment of conditions precedent for loan disbursements. Adrian also supports banks and investors in real estate, corporate, and project financings, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy projects.

- Participated in the work for CloudFerro in connection with obtaining financing of up to EUR 75 million from a club of lenders consisting of mBank and Santander Bank Polska.
- Participated in the work for Pad Res in connection with obtaining refinancing of PLN 637 million for the construction of a 310 MW solar PV portfolio.
- Participated in the work for mBank and Bank Pekao on the financing provided to Mashav Hama for the construction of an 81.7 MW photovoltaic farm in Poland.
- Participated in financing transactions for a portfolio of photovoltaic projects in Poland with a total capacity of several tens of MW.°
- Participated in work for foreign investors in connection with financing granted to Polish companies operating in the renewable energy sector for the acquisition, construction, and management of photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of several tens of MW.°
- Participated in the work for banks in financing and refinancing transactions granted on the Polish real estate market to finance the development of real estate projects.°
