Adrian Dulczewski is a member of the Project and Structured Finance practice, focusing on banking and finance matters. He advises Polish and international financial institutions, as well as borrowers, on project, renewable energy (RES), and real estate financings, including cross-border transactions. His experience includes drafting security documents, preparing legal opinions, and coordinating the fulfillment of conditions precedent for loan disbursements. Adrian also supports banks and investors in real estate, corporate, and project financings, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy projects.

Experience
- Participated in financing transactions for a portfolio of photovoltaic projects in Poland with a total capacity of several tens of MW.˚
- Participated in works for foreign investors in connection with financing granted to Polish companies operating in the renewable energy sector for the acquisition, construction, and management of photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of several tens MW.˚
- Participated in works for banks in financing and refinancing transactions granted on the Polish real estate market to finance the comprehensive construction of real estate projects.˚
