MEXICO CITY – March 12, 2024 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has elevated Roberto Guerrero Comella and Julio Antonio Sardina Pla to shareholders in its Mexico City office. The office now has 26 shareholders, two of counsel, and more than 80 professionals.

Roberto Guerrero Comella focuses his practice on transactions related to the development, structuring, and financing of real estate projects in the industrial, commercial, and tourism sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law transactions. He graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and holds a certificate in Fundamentals of Business Law from New York University.

Julio Antonio Sardina Pla focuses his practice on real estate cross-border matters between the United States and Mexico, with an emphasis on the legal aspects of structuring and financing projects, general corporate, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as tourist, residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. He holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, a certificate in Real Estate Law and American Law from New York University, and a certificate in Introduction to the American Legal System from Whittier Law School.
