Greenberg Traurig Represents Potbelly Corporation in Replacement of Short-Term Revolver with $25 Million Term Loan

CHICAGO – Feb. 22, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Potbelly Corporation (NASDAQ: PBPB) (“Potbelly”) in connection with its new $25 million senior secured term loan facility (the “Facility”). Sagard serves as administrative agent with respect to the Facility. Potbelly is a neighborhood sandwich shop that has been feeding customers across the country for more than 40 years – with approximately 430 shops in the United States, including 45 franchised shops.
