The program provides attorneys new to class action or MDL litigation with a clear framework for complex litigation and broader context for their experience. The 2-day seminar provides the lawyers with a better understanding of what features of a case are the rule versus the exception, the overall strategy of the case so that they can be more impactful in their work, and ultimately better assess the real world dynamics--and finances--of the cases, firms, and companies involved in both class and mass tort litigation.
