Based in the U.K., Chambers and Partners publishes guides ranking attorneys and law firms based on thousands of interviews with practicing lawyers and clients around the world.
“We are honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Richard A. Rosenbaum, CEO of Greenberg Traurig. “Since we are the only global firm that was born in Miami, we have been involved in Latin America for decades and our team is well deserving of this recognition. In a world where pedigree alone is less relevant in clients' hiring decisions, our vision is to be the firm that delivers a level of quality equivalent to firms like the global elite who were also nominated, while also delivering extraordinary value due to our geographical platform and our operational efficiencies. We are proud of our team and this validation of our model in a new world.”
Added Patricia Menéndez-Cambó, chair of the firm's 200-plus member Global Practice Group: “We are very grateful to our clients and law firms based in Latin America for making it possible for us to receive this prestigious recognition. We look forward to continuing to expand our practice in response to a growing demand for the high-quality, business-focused legal counsel that Greenberg Traurig is known to provide.”
