Greenberg Traurig’s Robert Epstein to Speak at WeiserMazers 5th New York Commercial Real Estate Summit

NEW YORK – April 26, 2016 – Robert C. Epstein, co-chair of the National Construction Law Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will be speaking at the WeiserMazers 5th New York Commercial Real Estate Summit. The all-day event will take place Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at the New York Athletic Club.

Epstein will be presenting on “The Art of Managing Construction Risks.” His workshop will identify four primary risk areas on construction projects: cost overruns, design and construction defects, differing site conditions, and delay. Epstein also will offer solutions for how to minimize these risks in order to achieve a successful construction project.

With more than 38 years of experience, Epstein has represented numerous public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, sureties, and other parties involved in major construction projects. He has handled a wide array of complex construction litigations involving claims of construction defects, project delays, payment claims, and other disputes.
