Greenberg Traurig’s Carolyn Fitzhugh McNiven to Speak at ACI’s 13th West Coast Forum: FCPA Enforcement and Compliance

SAN FRANCISCO – June 13, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Shareholder Carolyn Fitzhugh McNiven will speak at the American Conference Institute (ACI)’s 13th West Coast Forum on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Enforcement and Compliance June 14.

McNiven will speak on a panel titled “Maintaining an Effective Compliance Culture in the New Normal of Remote and Hybrid Work.” The panel will discuss the new ways in which companies and financial institutions are training teams in virtual settings, as well as how they maintain compliance teams in virtual settings. The presentation will offer different perspectives on how remote work has affected employee compliance awareness, as well as discuss the risks of compliance teams that cross country borders.
