Travis Alley is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and asset acquisitions and dispositions. He represents a broad range of clients, including hedge funds and private equity sponsors, privately held companies, esports organizations as well as dental service organizations and other industry groups. Travis has experience assisting companies with investment advisory agreements, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters.

  • Represented private equity fund’s $500 million equity investment in a Chinese gaming company, including the Hart-Scott-Rodino filing in connection therewith.°
  • Represented private equity funds in the negotiation of non-disclosure agreements and with public and private companies.°
  • Represented private equity firms $70 million acquisition of a pediatric dental group.°
  • Represented dental service organization in the sale of 40% of its interest to a private equity fund, including the related $50 million debt financing associated therewith.°
  • Represented medical supply company in its Form S-8 filing for executive compensation changes.°
  • Represented various hedge fund and private equity clients in their Form ADV, Form PF, and Forms 13F, 13G, and 13H filings.°
  • Represented aerospace manufacturer in its acquisition of a competitor valued at $7 million.°
  • Represented multiple dental groups in the sale of their respective practices to a private equity fund valued at $42 million.°
