Talia Boiangin advises clients on technology contracts, data privacy and protection, and other legal matters at the intersection of law and technology. In her transactional practice, she structures, drafts, and negotiates privacy policies, collaboration agreements, vendor and sales agreements, internet and e-commerce transactions, terms of service, products and services agreements, and other corporate operational transactions. Talia counsels clients on privacy, data, and security matters, including GDPR, CCPA, CPA, and VCDPA readiness. She also advises on data privacy and IT matters related to mergers and transactions.

Talia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US). In the technology space, Talia has provided guidance on digital marketing, software licensing, and SaaS agreements. She also works with clients to modernize commercial contracting processes and privacy practices, enabling in-house attorneys to function more efficiently and conserve resources.
