Rebecca Comerford is Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate and Hospitality practices. She has 10 years of experience in the Middle East region and is a solicitor admitted in England & Wales. She advises on a wide range of real estate, structuring and development matters, including hospitality matters related to hotels and branded residences. She advises on the real estate aspects of corporate, finance and funds transactions. She also practices in the area of development projects, including experience in mixed-use developments and renewable energy. She is also well versed in real estate and regulatory matters across the GCC, including in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
