Ben Fraser focuses on representing employers from various business backgrounds in a wide range of employment disputes. His experience includes handling single plaintiff actions, wage and hour cases, claims under the Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”), and disability access cases. Ben has defended clients in matters arising under the California Labor Code, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and various other federal and state laws.
