Heather R. Lanyi is a Labor & Employment attorney whose practice includes advice and counsel, litigation defense, and traditional labor. She has experience in wage-and-hour and CA EDD audits, traditional labor, workplace investigations, and defending employers in wage-and-hour class and representative PAGA actions and single plaintiff matters arising from claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has experience assisting on traditional labor matters, including responding to unfair labor practice charges. Prior to joining the firm, she spent more than a decade working in human resources roles, which Heather leverages to provide practical advice and counsel to clients regarding employment-related matters.
