- Defended multinational financial services company in a patent infringement case involving three patents directed to methods and systems for transactions involving currency exchange.
- Defended a leading supplier of lighting products in an investigation before the United States International Trade Commission involving four patents concerning power electronics circuits that convert direct current from one voltage to another and are used in large-scale PV plants to lower costs and improve performance of new systems.
- Represented multinational lighting manufacturer in an inter partes review proceeding of a competitor’s patent directed to light emitting devices.
- Defended former agents of emerging technology reseller company in an action alleging misappropriation of trade secrets.°
- Defended former agents of mutual fund insurance company in an action alleging violations of federal and Colorado trade-secret statutes.°
