Joseph D. D. Sweeny

Joseph maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation and defending clients in white collar defense and independent investigations. He is experienced in drafting and arguing motions in state and federal courts, conducting discovery and taking depositions. Joseph also maintains a general corporate law practice where he represents clients in the digital asset, venture capital, and private equity spaces ranging from start-ups to international business ventures.
