Greenberg Traurig Represents Congruex Group LLC in Connection with the Financing of its Simultaneous Acquisitions of Tower Engineering Solutions, LLC and Sorensen Companies LLC

NEW YORK- May 9, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Congruex Group LLC in connection with the refinancing of its senior secured credit facilities and the financing of its simultaneous acquisitions of Tower Engineering Solutions, LLC and Sorensen Companies, LLC.  Congruex, which is based in Boulder, Colorado, is a national end-to-end provider of digital network design and build services.
