NEW YORK – Sept. 18, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented BharCap Partners and its portfolio company ARMStrong Receivable Management in connection with the sale of ARMStrong’s commercial services division, Altus Commercial Receivables, to Astira Capital Partners.
BharCap will retain ownership of ARMStrong’s remaining business, ARMStrong Insurance Services, a leading provider of specialized audit and recovery services.
