Marina Kutubidze is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Marina focuses her practice on representing private equity sponsors in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other investments spanning a wide range of industries and sectors.
Previously, Marina served as Chief Legal Officer at a leading state-owned energy logistics company in Georgia. In this role, Marina provided legal counsel to the board of directors on strategic initiatives and corporate governance. Marina led the company’s restructuring efforts in response to changes in Georgian entrepreneurial law, ensuring full compliance with updated regulations.
