Zin Nakam is a Senior Associate focusing on corporate law and M&A. She advises German and international clients on acquisitions and divestitures, the structuring of joint ventures, and all aspects of corporate law. In addition, she advises on capital markets law. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, her professional experience included positions in Frankfurt am Main and New York.
