Sarah Stein is a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. Sarah advises clients on privacy and security compliance for clients of all sizes – from Fortune 500s to start ups – in all sectors including restaurants, marketing, retail, video game, and consumer goods.

Her practice includes international data privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Canadian privacy laws, as well as U.S. federal and state data privacy laws, such as the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”). Some of the specialized documents Sarah drafts include data processing addendums, data inventories, privacy impact assessments, privacy policies, data subject request policies and forms, and bring your own device policies. She has experience in designing and updating U.S. and multi-national record retention practices.

Additionally, Sarah provides counsel on AdTech as well as U.S. and international cookie compliance concerns.
