CleanStart and Blue Tech Valley's 2019 Crash Course for CEOs

Michelle Rowe Hallsten, shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP, will be speaking in this event on Friday, August 23rd. This course is designed to improve your skills as a CEO. It is not primarily about how to write a business plan or how to make the best pitch to investors. The goal is to give you a broad set of skills. The course will cover such concepts as the Business Model Canvas (the 9 essential plan elements), the Lean Start Up ("Build-Measure-Learn" and the "Pivot"), and Crossing the Chasm (finding a niche as a beachhead into the market). Day 1 of the course will focus on identifying opportunities and building your business model. Day 2 will focus on acquiring resources and managing the team. Day 3 will focus on growth and exits.
