AI Inventorship Listening Session - East Coast

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Barry J. Schindler, Co-Chair of the Global Patent Prosecution Group, will speak during the USPTO's AI Inventorship Listening Session on April 25 at the USPTO Headquarters in Virginia. The event will provide input on the current state of AI technologies and inventorship issues that may arise in view of the advancement of such technologies, as set forth in the questions posed in the Federal Register Notice of February 14, 2023. Barry's session will discuss the areas of focus the USPTO should prioritize in future engagements as they plan to continue engaging with stakeholders on the intersection of AI and intellectual property.
