The Bahamas Financial Services Board hosts the Industry Development Series: Financial Crime Enforcement Across Borders Event

Jed Dwyer, co-chair of the White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, will be speaking on the panel "Cross-Border Criminal Tax Update." The panel will provide a look into the role of the J5, how they help combat transnational tax crime, and the existing Bahamian laws that criminalize tax related offenses.
