Amaya Gaming/Rational Group

Quebec's Amaya Gaming Group Inc. strengthened its hand June 12, when it announced its acquisition of Rational Group Ltd., from Oldford Group Limited from $4.9 billion. Amaya would pick up the online gaming brads PokerStars annd Full Tilt Poker and become the world's largest publicly traded online gaming company.
