Greenberg Traurig and Bisnow Media Host ‘Orange County Multifamily Event’

ORANGE COUNTY – Dec. 17, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Bisnow Media will host “Orange County Multifamily: Chasing Yield, Cap Rate Compression & Construction & Development,” Dec. 18, at the firm’s future Orange County office space.

Bruce Fischer, chair of the West Coast Real Estate Practice and co-managing shareholder of the firm's Orange County office, will moderate the panel, “OC Multifamily Market Overview,” exploring the latest trends in the city’s multifamily sector. Orange County real estate Shareholder Craig C. Glorioso will moderate the panel, “Creating communities through thoughtful development and design.” Panelists will discuss developers’ strategies in Orange County’s fast-growing real estate market.

Fischer focuses his practice on working with real estate funds and real estate investment trusts (REITs) and their advisors regarding the origination and purchase of, and participation in, senior and subordinate "mezzanine" loans, and the purchase and sale, development, and financing of commercial properties (including multi-property and multi-state portfolio sales and acquisitions), directly or through the formation of joint ventures with local operators and/or developers.

Glorioso focuses his practice on real estate, financing, and business transactions. His experience includes representing individuals, corporations, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in all aspects of the purchase, sale, financing, and maintenance of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial single property and multi-state portfolios.

The event will be held at Greenberg Traurig’s future Orange County office location at The Boardwalk – a 550,645 square foot development combining contemporary commercial office space with cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, a fitness and wellness center, and two acres of landscaped open space.
