Kelly Dobbs Bunting Joins Steering Committee for International Employment Law Committee of the ABA’s Section of International Law

PHILADELPHIA – May 9, 2018 – The International Employment Law Committee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of International Law recently tapped Kelly Dobbs Bunting, shareholder in the Philadelphia office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, to join its 2018-19 steering committee. Bunting previously served in a similar capacity during the 2014-16 terms.

The ABA’s Section of International Law was founded in 1933 to promote interest, activity, and research in international and comparative law. The section’s membership now spans over 90 countries and includes more than 23,000 members. The international committee held its mid-year meeting in New York in April, where Bunting moderated a panel on global employment compliance.

Bunting is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice and co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement Group. She handles a variety of employment litigation and counseling matters on behalf of employers around the world, including wage and hour class and collective actions; discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower litigation; non-competition, non-solicitation, FCPA, and compliance issues; and L&E due diligence, employment, and secondment agreements.
