Neuberg will be a speaker at the 3rd Annual Financing Commercial Real Estate Forum Sept. 26 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. More than 200 commercial real estate finance leaders are expected to attend the half-day event, where speakers will share their insights on the state of lending, including which market dynamics could impact lending strategies for 2019.
Neuberg will moderate the panel, “Bridging the Gap: Bridge Lending and the CRE CLO Market.” Key topics for discussion include: how increased competition in the bridge loan market is effecting underwriting standards, which asset classes are the safest bridge lending opportunities, and the impact on permanent financing.
Neuberg focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating, and documenting debt and equity investments for major financial institutions, REITS, investment advisors, institutional, and private investors. She counsels clients in the financial services and real estate industries on complex real estate matters, debt structures, and equity joint ventures, commercial mortgaged backed securitizations, master and special servicing matters, workouts, and rating agency issues.
