WARSAW – October 16, 2020 – Greenberg Traurig represents private equity fund Innova/5 in the exit and sale of shares in Pekaes sp. z o.o. to GEODIS S.A.
Between 2015 and 2016 Greenberg Traurig also advised Innova Capital on the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in PEKAES S.A., followed by the purchase of shares from minority shareholders and the subsequent delisting of the company's shares from trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Greenberg Traurig advises Innova Capital on all aspects of the ongoing transaction. The scope of legal advice includes the structuring of the transaction, conducting vendor legal due diligence of the company and negotiating the transaction documents.
