Devon Bryant focuses her practice on structured finance, corporate transactions, and securities law. She represents global investment banking and securities firms, banks, and other financial institutions, in their roles as trustee, collateral agent, administrative agent, and servicer in both secured and unsecured capital market transactions. Devon also has robust experience providing strategic counsel to a diverse range of clients, including issuers, originators, borrowers, lenders, and buy-side counterparties in asset-backed securitizations, secured lending facilities, and derivatives transactions, respectively.
