  • Represented Huadong Medicine Co., Ltd. in multiple strategic collaborations to license pharmaceutical products for development and production in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Represented an intellectual property asset-holder in a joint development project within Decentraland.
  • Represented UK-based lifestyle brand in its formation of a U.S. platform and acquisition of a sports-travel service provider.
  • Represented investors in a life science joint venture to establish a special purpose entity, negotiate the license agreement, and structure debt and equity investments.
  • Represented the manufacturer of COVID-19 tests in negotiating various manufacturing and distribution agreements.
  • Represented a biopharma single use component manufacturer in multiple collaborations and acquisitions of complementary lines of business.
  • Represented a private equity sponsor in its acquisition of the developer of a distribution, and manufacturing software platform for companies in the agriculture sector.
  • Represented a building products manufacturer in its acquisition of an HVAC component manufacturer.

  • Represented a provider of healthcare remote monitoring services in its acquisition of complementary lines of business.

  • Represented a mobile parking application in its formation, SAFE and seed funding rounds, and in negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers. °
  • Represented a U.S.-based laboratory testing provider and its global affiliates in their review and revision of employment and consulting contracts in more than fifty countries.°
  • Represented a digital marketing and technology company in the multiple strategic acquisitions°
  • Represented one of the nation's largest independent ambulatory infusion center operators in its recapitalization by a private equity firm.°
  • Represented a private equity firm in its recapitalization of, a provider of vegetation management services to utility companies in the Southeast United States.°
  • Represented a publicly traded company in its $200 million acquisition of a South Carolina-based manufacturer and distributor of utility poles.°
  • Represented a virtual sports-camp provider in its acquisition by a private-equity backed sports camp platform.°
  • Represented a private equity firm in the following multiple leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of technology and manufacturing firms.°
  • Represented an apparel line in its acquisition of a chain of affiliate stores.°
