Margaret Kim Heitjan is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on corporate finance, corporate governance matters, and mergers & acquisitions. Margaret advises clients including technology companies, dental services organizations, dentists, medical services organizations, physicians, and other health care providers. She has experience drafting bylaws, asset and stock purchase agreements, license agreements, company agreements, management agreements, employment agreements, and shareholder agreements.
