Mark Hockley represents public and private institutions, national lenders, national utility companies, and real estate investment funds in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, condemnations, and secured financing transactions. He drafts and negotiates asset purchase agreements, sale agreements, assignments, deeds, construction licenses, and easements. Mark also drafts governance and authority documentation for real property transfers and financings, including resolutions, officer’s certificates, and operating agreements.
