Ronald D. Husdon represents and counsels both domestic and foreign corporations in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, expansion strategies, corporate divestitures, joint ventures, general corporate and commercial matters, real estate, and finance. Skilled in international transactions, Ron regularly represents foreign clients with respect to all forms of international commerce.

  • Represented Aaxico, an international aerospace parts distribution company, in their sale to Kapco.
  • Represented Mercedes Benz in the sale of its U.S.-based online auto finance business.
  • Represented Japanese clients in the sale of McIntosh Laboratory, Inc. to D&M Holdings, Inc., a Japanese publicly traded company.
  • Represented a Japanese buyer in the acquisition of Pebble Beach.
