Will Krogh is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, handling a wide range of finance, equity investment, and real estate matters for clients including private equity funds, institutional lenders, REITs, developers, and owner-operators.

Will has more than ten years of experience representing clients in the acquisition, financing, and disposition of real estate assets. His work also includes negotiating real estate joint ventures as well as mortgage and mezzanine loans and navigating intercreditor issues.

  • Represented an owner-operator in connection with a joint venture and third-party financing to acquire a multifamily property in Austin, Texas.°
  • Represented a real estate investment fund in connection with an $11 million preferred equity investment in a hotel property located in Manhattan.°
  • Represented an owner-operator of shopping centers in connection with a $55 million refinancing of a mortgage loan secured by property located in the Philadelphia area.°
  • Represented an owner-operator of student housing in connection with a $13 million refinancing of a mortgage loan secured by a North Carolina property.°
  • Represented a REIT in connection with an $18 million investment in a joint venture to acquire a multifamily property in Orlando, Florida.°
