Profile
Dr. David Marski is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice in Germany and part of the fully integrated special unit "GT Labor Lab".
He advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of employment law. His work focuses particularly on litigation and advising on mergers, transfers of undertakings, restructuring, and all works council matters.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he worked as an attorney at two major international law firms. He completed his studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where he earned his dr. iur. (Ph.D.-Equivalent) under Prof. Dr. Stephan Lorenz. During his legal clerkship, he worked at a major international law firm in New York, among other places. He also worked for attorneys admitted to the Federal Court of Justice.
Dr. David Marski regularly lectures on labor law.
