Daniel N. Naydenov represents a diverse range of clients in real estate transactions and joint ventures. He works with institutional owners and developers of commercial and residential properties, commercial landlords, retail and office tenants, national and regional lenders, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Daniel regularly handles all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, and vacant land.

He also advises borrowers and lenders in structuring complex loan transactions for the acquisition and development of office space, apartments, mixed-use communities, condominiums, warehouses, and shopping centers. In addition, Daniel regularly negotiates office, retail, and warehouse leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
