Natasha has deep experience representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured loan facilities, with a specific focus on project, infrastructure and renewables transactions, as well as ECA-supported financings and large asset finance. She also frequently serves as counsel to banks and other financial institutions in their role as agent across both debt capital markets transactions and secured and unsecured banking transactions.

- Represented the Sponsor in the financing of 9 solar power generation facilities located in Illinois and Maine.
- Represented the Sponsor in the financing of two open loop biomass to energy facilities in North Carolina, including a Tax Equity Bridge Loan project-level project financing.
- Represented the administrative agent, collateral agent and depositary agent in a $600 million term loan and $10 million revolving credit facility to fund the construction of a 50 MW data center in Richmond, Virginia.
- Represented the mandated lead arrangers in connection with a $1,000,000,000, export credit agency supported loan to an investment grade telecommunications provider.

- Represented a large-scale corporate Sponsor in connection with a $550 million financing for the construction and operation of seven data center facilities in the United States.°
- Represented the Sponsor in connection with a $1 billion bridge to term loan and tax equity bridge facility to fund the construction of a solar battery plant in Texas.°
- Represented the mandated lead arranger and a syndicate of lenders in connection with a $1 billion export credit agency supported loan to an investment grade telecommunications provider for the purpose of financing the cost of telecommunications equipment.°
- Represented the mandated lead arranger and a syndicate of lenders in connection with a $5 million export credit agency supported loan to an investment grade telecommunications provider for the purpose of financing the cost of telecommunications equipment.°
- Represented the mandated lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $103.7 million loan to a Colombian borrower, with credit support provided by the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) to finance the development, construction and operation of a greenfield multipurpose port facility in the Uraba Gulf region of Antioquias, Colombia.°
- Represented the mandated lead arranger and credit agent in connection with a €14 million loan to a state-owned electricity provider in Western Africa, with credit support provided by the ExIm Bank to finance the cost of certain goods and services exported from the United States to such country.°
- Represented the lenders in connection with the provision of a $600 million term loan B and capex revolver used to finance the acquisition and development of desalination plants in Central and South America and the Caribbean.°
- Represented the one of the world’s largest environmental consulting companies, as borrower, in connection with a $1 billion term loan and $500 million revolving credit facility.°
- Represented the lenders in connection with a $115 million senior-secured asset-based revolving loan from a syndicate of lenders to a portfolio of companies owned by the Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Fund for capex purposes.°
- Represented International Finance Corporation in connection with the provision of a $400 million term loan used to finance certain wind and solar assets in Central America.°
- Represented Inter-American Development Bank and IDB Invest in connection with the provision of $1.5 billion in term loan and revolving credit facilities across eight separate tranches used to finance the acquisition and development of a pulp mill in Brazil.°
- Represented the lenders in connection with the provision of a $500 million holdco term loan used to finance the acquisition and development of a solar grid and associated infrastructure in Mexico.°
