  • Represented an institutional investor in an acquisition joint venture with a sponsor in an $80 million project to acquire, renovate and manage an 88-unit luxury multifamily residential property located in West Village, New York, New York.
  • Represented an institutional investor in a development joint venture with a developer in a $284 million project to build and develop a 758,000 square foot Class A warehouse and distribution park located in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
  • Represented a developer in a development joint venture with an equity partner in a $102 million project to build and develop a 444-unit multifamily residential property in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Represented an institutional investor in a development joint venture with a developer in an $11 million project to renovate and develop a marina located in Key West, Florida.
