NEW YORK – June 18, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is advising Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. (SVAQ), a special purpose acquisition company, on the signing of a definitive business combination agreement with EigenQ Inc., a quantum technology company developing and commercializing foundational technologies across quantum security, quantum AI, quantum communications, quantum sensing, and quantum computing, that is expected to result in EigenQ becoming a publicly traded company.

The transaction values EigenQ at a pro forma enterprise value of approximately $3 billion, supported by approximately $215 million in SVAQ’s trust account, prior to shareholder redemptions and transaction expenses. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions, and upon closing, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "EIGQ."

The transaction is expected to support EigenQ’s next phase of growth, including expansion of its quantum-proof trust infrastructure platform, hardware-rooted security technologies, artificial intelligence security capabilities, strategic partnerships, global commercialization efforts, and continued investment in high-performance computing and sovereign AI futures.
