NEW YORK – March 9, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II (SVII) on the closing of its business combination with Eagle Energy Metals Corp. (Eagle), a next-generation nuclear energy company with rights to the largest conventional, measured, and indicated uranium deposit in the United States. The business combination was approved by SVII’s shareholders in a special meeting held on February 23, 2026.
The new combined company operates as “Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp.” and began trading on Nasdaq on February 25, 2026 under the ticker symbols “NUCL”.
Greenberg Traurig is currently advising Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III on the signing of a definitive business combination agreement with General Fusion Inc., a leading developer of magnetized fusion technology.
