Greenberg Traurig’s Trial Practice Group offers the unique ability within BigLaw to join our skilled and experienced first-chair trial lawyers with clients to vigorously represent their interests in courtrooms throughout the United States. Our team of more than 80 lawyers leverages its collective experience to effectively handle trials ranging from routine matters to some of the most complex cases in recent times with the same dedication to excellence.
Operating as an integral trial boutique within Greenberg Traurig’s 700+ lawyer Litigation Practice, our multidisciplinary Trial Practice Group comprises trial lawyers with substantial first-chair experience in sophisticated high-stakes cases in both state and federal courts. We handle a wide variety of trial matters, including products liability, False Claims Act, commercial litigation, labor and employment, patent and trademark infringement, trade secrets, securities fraud, tax, criminal, and antitrust, in addition to the defense of government-led matters.
Our Trial Practice Group has developed a reputation for being able to “parachute in” to cases as lead trial counsel on short notice and is often engaged for litigation that is well underway to turn around challenging lawsuits involving potentially significant exposure. The team has a proven track record of taking over complex matters in difficult jurisdictions and quickly adapting to the local rules and customs. We also maintain “trial-ready” teams of veteran trial attorneys, paralegals, nurse legal consultants, trial graphics specialists, and trial technologists, all committed to bringing a tactical, bold, and state-of-the-art approach to the courtroom.
