Ralph B. Bekkevold has wide-ranging experience in real estate, finance, banking, workout and general business transactions. Ralph's background includes years of experience as a partner at a major international law firm and as an officer at two money center banking institutions. Ralph represents real estate developers, investors, financial institutions and borrowing entities in all forms of real estate transactions and financings including, but not limited to, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, JVs, development, leasing, construction, credit origination, workouts and restructuring of troubled credits, multi-bank syndications and participations and litigation-bankruptcy support. Ralph is also experienced in representing businesses in general corporate and transactional issues.
