  • a major US networking hardware manufacturer in litigations against several of its Italian distributors on contract and antitrust matters. One of these disputes, in particular, involves the enforcement of a US arbitral award in Italy and public policy issues;°
  • a leading pharmaceutical company in a complex environmental proceeding for the refund of the costs of the reclaim held on the lands purchased from the counterparty;°
  • a company which was involved in the EXPO 2015 exhibition, in a proceeding concerning compensation for alleged environmental damages°;
  • a member of a board of auditors involved in an action for liability promoted by the new board of directors;°
  • a leading construction group which is involved in the requalification and development of a former industrial area in Lombardia, in a dispute pending before the Arbitration Chamber of Milan against a construction company. The dispute concerns the effectiveness of a put option exercised by the counterparty;°
  • an Italian motorcar and truck components sub-supplier in a long and complex litigation on first instance and appeal against a major US-Italian motor-vehicle manufacturing group involving issues of abuse of economic dependence, jurisdiction and conflict of laws;°
  • a client in a hereditary dispute involving real estate properties of historical importance and exceptional value;°
  • a company, leader in the Italian retailing business, in a litigation with the co-owner of a Shopping Center, concerning the utilization and commercial exploitation of the common parts of such Shopping Center.°

Acted for:

  • a leading italian company operating in the the large-scale retailing business (GDO) through a network of hypermarkets in the sale of a large area located in the Municipalities of Arese, Lainate and Rho to an international leading home improvement retailer for the development of a new store of such retailer;°
  • a leading company operating in the the large-scale retailing business (GDO) through a network of supermarkets, in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (i.e. joint venture agreements, franchising and master franchising agreements, business branch rental contracts, commercial lease agreements).°
