IPOwners Spring Summit

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will present during the 2022 IPOwners Spring Summit on Thursday, March 10. Ballon's session, "Strategies for Protecting and Managing Data,” will discuss considerations when licensing data including who owns the data, where it can be stored, whether it can be manipulated, what it can be used for, etc. The session will also discuss when to choose an open data model vs. a closed model.
