Builders Association of South Florida Legislative Meeting

Greenberg Traurig hosts the Builders Association of South Florida Legislative meetings three times per year.  As has been the BASF’s practice in recent years, the “new” Legislative meetings are hybrid sessions, with some participants in person and others online.  Nathan Kogon, Assistant Director of the Regulatory and Economic Resources Department for Development Services for Miami-Dade County is invited to join the meeting via Zoom to discuss the latest about Rapid Transit Zone development and an overview of the key elements of the Legislature’s recently passed Senate Bill (SB) 102, the Live Local Act.
